By placing an order with North Shore Customized Inc. and submitting payment you are approving the order invoice, artwork proof given, and the following Terms and Conditions:
Payment
Payment is due at time of service, agreed upon in your quote as the “Payment Date”. We do not accept down payments or partial payments. Payments can be made by Credit / Debit card, Check, or Cash if local. A $30 charge will be issued for returned checks.
Artwork
All artwork files must be 300 dpi or vector format. All text must be converted to outlines. We will adjust artwork print size to what we believe looks best unless the customer specifies specific print dimensions. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. North Shore Customized Inc. will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. If custom manipulation of provided file is required due to improper format, we will charge $50 per hour.
Turnaround
The average turnaround time for most orders is 10-15 business days (Monday – Friday) plus shipping time. This turnaround time is not guaranteed and may fluctuate if delays are faced outside of our control—including but not limited to stocking issues, supply chain delays and/or acts of nature.
Trademarks & Licensing
North Shore Customized Inc. Is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images, and customer assumes full responsibility for the use.
Deadline Dates
North Shore Customized Inc. will do all in our power to meet your deadline, but we cannot guarantee it for factors outside of our control—including but not limited to stocking issues, supply chain delays and/or acts of nature. Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order if required to meet deadline needed.
Shipping
North Shore Customized Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier.
Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled up until payment is made. Once payment is made, blank products are processed for shipping, and no refunds will be issued.
Ink Colors
If the customer does not specify a Pantone color out of a Coated Pantone Book, then North Shore Customized Inc. Inc. uses its best judgement. We will pick a specific Pantone for that order, which will be provided in your mockup. Ink color may vary depending on print style, garment type, or garment blend. North Shore Customized Inc. is not responsible for these color variances.
Pricing
North Shore Customized Inc. has the right to change pricing without notice.
Example: Mike Smith contacts North Shore Customized Inc. for a quote on Wednesday with a “Payment Date” of Friday. The following Wednesday, North Shore Customized Inc. changed their pricing due to rising manufacturer prices. The job will then require to be requoted.
Claims Or Errors
All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Please email info@NorthShoreCustomized.com to submit your claim.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event will North Shore Customized Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of data or its use, loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages, even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
ATTORNEY'S FEES
Should collection be required to be undertaken by North Shore Customized Inc. Inc. on any account, Customer shall be liable for all costs and attorney's fees incurred in such collection effort whether litigation is required or not.
